With our bidirectional SFP+ transceivers, data rates of over 10 Gbit/s can be sent in both directions over a single fibre on two different wavelengths. Two different version pairs are available for ranges of up to 10 km or up to 20 km. Typical applications are, for example, the connection of remote CCAP devices to the central switch in the data centre. However, there are also many areas of application outside the HFC world for the fast, stable and long-range connection via SFP+.
